Imperial Casting Company, Inc., was started in 1970 in Florence, Alabama. In a day when many castings are produced in Mexico or China, Imperial Casting Company is one of the few foundries left in this great country. We are proud to still be producing quality gray iron castings competitively for the American industry. We have helped American Manufacturers buy American made products and bring their castings to the USA for better delivery.

Imperial Casting Company produces high strength iron castings from customers’ tooling or we can have new tooling produced from blueprints or sample castings. The lead time for most tooling typically runs between four to six weeks. For our sand casting, we utilize green sand, air set and no bake molding procedures. We have one of the most experienced and knowledgeable staffs in the casting industry. Trust us to give you an accurate and fair quote. We’ll take care of your patterns and ship your product on time.

The company produces Class 20 to Class 40 gray and alloyed castings, ranging in size from ½ pound to 1,000 pounds. After castings are poured and shook out, Imperial Casting provides all of the secondary operation necessary for a finished product, including; deburring, grinding station, shot blast and painting and finishing.
